Hello everyone! My name is Hamm. I have some information to share with you about counting money. Later, I will need your help to answer questions that will test your knowledge!

How much is it worth? Penny- 1 cent Nickel- 5 cents Dime- 10 cents Quarter- 25 cents Next

Counting Money and Making Change Next To determine the amount of money you have, you must add all of the coins together to find the total amount. Ex = 26 cents

Making Change If you pay more for an object than it costs, you will get back change. Change- The difference in money between the cost of the item and the money you have. Ex. A soccer ball costs 11 cents. You give the cashier a dime and a nickel. How many cent(s) will you get back?
