Introduction  The plan provides for:-  The drafting of SAPS specific training and communication content;  Implementation of a training programme in preparation for the implementation of the legislation and to ensure and sustain correct implementation after the implementation date; and  Implementation of internal and external communication plans in support of implementation to raise awareness and reinforce or complement training initiatives.  Use of baseline allocation of Divisions 2
