The 6 main elements in Organisms! Water (oxygen and hydrogen): Water helps dissolved the other chemicals of life and transport the chemicals from place to place. Water also help cells from drying up and dehydrate. Carbon : Carbon is used with oxygen and hydrogen to create carbohydrates which gives us energy. Carbohydrates can be found in sugar and starch. Nitrogen: It is a component of proteins, nucleic acids, and other organic compounds. It is also found in the lungs u breathe. Calcium: It is a major component in Skeletal system, is found through teeth and bones, and calcium readily oxidizes the air. Phosphorous : The phosphorous is founded in every nucleus of the cell. It helps with muscle growth, sexual function, reproduction, and supply nutrients to the nerve system.

What makes up 3 major molecules that make organisms and controls chemical reactions?  Water : The human body is made up of 70% of water and is founded in any thing u eat or drink. Such as bottled water and/or fruits (plants). Water help us to live and keeps us hydrated  Carbohydrates: Carbohydrates are the energizers that keeps us up. They mostly come from starch or sugar. They come from grains (Bread or cereal) They react to water to produce carbon dioxide to release energy.  Fats: Fats are stored energy and store twice as much as starch. We use them as a source of energy when we do not have enough glucose in our system. We can find fats in cheeseburgers or French fries. Be careful, too much fat can make u have obesity!

 Proteins : The primary material of life and are 20 different monomers called amino acids. They give nutrients to our muscles.  But since proteins break down easily, proteins are made every single day

Enzymes!! Enzymes!! Enzymes: They are proteins that are used as catalysts. They can slow down or speed up the reactions of chemicals but the remain unchanged. Enzymes know what kinds of proteins and compounds to make through the DNA in the cells

Why is understanding chemistry essential to study Life ? LLearning Chemistry is an important key in life because there are certain chemicals that let us live and thrive  the chemical reactions in our system allow us to live and break the substances we eat to let it go through our blood stream, giving us the chemicals we need

Chemicals and a Healthy Life!  Having a healthy diet and enough exercise is very important to lead a good life. We should have at most 2,000 calories ( though most people eat around 5,000 to 10,000 a day!)  We should at least have an hour of exercise a day and not eat too much fats which lead to obesity for example ice cream or anything that has too much sugar or saturated fats. (Ice Cream :D)  Nutrition labels can help you to know how much calories your eating or how much fat or sugar you should have on a daily basis. (though some nutrition labels may have false info.)

Thank You :D
