E-psikologum is a startup dotcom web site, which is a platform for people who need psychological consulting.

Our customers will be able to make conversations with the psychologists using our voice and text communication service through E-psikologum.

E-psikologum’s commerce type can be named as e-broker, but it will have also the features of a virtual community. The e-business schematics can be seen from next slide.

Value proposition: give people the opportunity of getting professional support with an easy accessible and cheaper way with using their credit card through our SSL sertificated web site. some people may not want to talk about their problems face-to-face; however in our system they will get the full privacy our service will be the 24/7 support opportunity. Customers will not have to take a day off to consult their problems.

Revenue model The customer who wants to make an appointment should buy credits (prepaid minutes). The credits will be offered in 2 packages as: 30 minutes or 60 minutes. Our revenue model will be: 10% commission from all transaction.

Market opportunity: E-psikologum.com will be the first-mover with its own characteristic. The target market will be a big slice of the population in Turkey and also Turkish speaking people who live all around the world.

Competitive Environment: In the field of e-psikologum.com, there is no direct competitor. There are some primitive projects which uses Skype for communication with limited numbers of psychologists. Also some tv shows like Psiko Yorum whose field is different than ours.

Competitive Advantage: E-psikologum will be the first exactly online consulting web site. It will have embedded communication options, will be cheaper.

Competitive Advantage: The service is not physically bounded Our target market is not limited with Turkey, Turks living in Europe can use our services. No location or time limitation ( 7/24).

Market Strategy: Advertising through internet: – Google Adwords – advertisement (especially banners) through domestic and international portals

Market Strategy: Promotions – Free trial for 10 minutes. – Free headsets to users who buy credits of 60 minutes packages.

Exit Strategy: If demand is not good enough, – First psychologists would be decreased – new sales would be stopped but the clients who already have prepaid minutes can continue with the service for one more month
