What do students want from education? Individuality (1) Students are individuals, each need a unique academic training. They want to attend classes that suit their own abilities, interests, dreams, etc. Competitiveness (2) Peer pressure is a strong motivation for youth to endeavor and excel. Inspiration (3) Students should know reasons why they need to study and why they must learn take that specific course. What do companies want from employees? Applicable knowledge & practical experience (3) Companies want to recruit those who can not only study well but also work efficiently. Commitment (1) Companies look for people who have clear career orientation. What problems do schools face? Coursework, curriculum & syllabus quality (1) (3) Knowledge and information are outdated. Indoctrination (2) Teachers give lessons asking students to embrace others’ beliefs. They are not encouraged to evaluate or question but accept all information as facts. A program helps youth find their most suitable careers by gathering and analyzing all information inside and outside. How does it operate? -Data collection: Data are inputted manually by owner and his family and friends; or the program obtains information by connecting with all devices and programs owner uses. -Analysis: the analysis process is designed by educational psychologists, consultants, counselors, human resource experts, etc. How can it use for?  To help students understand themselves and advice them on career choices. When students feel confident about their decisions, they will have 100% concentration on their jobs and consequently, less likely quit.  To support teachers in finding the best way to educate and instill knowledge into their students. (2) COURSE NETWORK What is it? Schools and MOOCs providers have an agreement to share a network of courses. Attending classes and taking online courses are acknowledged equally. How does it work? Students now have two options when it comes to learn a subject: attend a class at their school or take an online similar course lectured by qualified professors all over the world via MOOCs. What benefits does it offer? -Students can access more educational resources which may have more information and interesting teaching methods. -Students got to make friends with international peers and become aware of global learning and working trends. (3) EDUCATION VILLAGES How does a village operate? Related universities, organizations, companies and even governmental offices in term of academic disciplines are placed in each village harmonically combining and working on projects together. Every village named after very potential majors for bright future, is well connected to each other in making synergy effect. What can villages do? Students get help from those industries and facilities and learn real experience that might be happened in reality. They learn their preferred subject not only in university but also in company. It is helpful to them to make an early decision what they want to become later and find out their desire. In addition, partnership between universities and companies help design a more applicable curriculum based on demands from work.
