Anatomy & Physiology I and II Foundation class for all health related fields Fast paced and content rigorous course Consecutive courses –1 st semester AP I –2 nd semester AP II –4 credit hours each –Must have 70% in AP I to continue into AP II

Students planning to take this class are expected to: –Spend time after school studying and reading (2hrs for every hour in class) –Have excellent attendance –Good test taking skills I will assist in these areas with after school study sessions

Western Civ. & Advanced Government MTC’s HST1800 (Western Civilization II) and Ashland’s POLSC 102 (Democracy in America) –3 credit hours each Students MUST –Have excellent attendance –Be prepared to work at an accelerated, rigorous pace (approximately 1 chapter every 2 weeks) –Have reliable internet access –Be willing to spend the required time outside of class to complete reading assignments –Take semester and final exams

Grading Scales Western Civ. –60% = Tests –40% = Homework, quizzes, maps, worksheets, etc. Advanced Govt. –60% = Tests –20% = Paper –20% = Homework & in-class work/quizzes
