SNSM in figures sea-going rescuers persons in charge (Pdts, Dir, Sec, Treasurers, Trainers) ALL OF THEM VOLUNTARY + 46 paid staff (Headquarters, Saint Malo). 230 Stations in a tight mesh (3:4 permanent ones) and 27 Training Centres turning out 450 voluntary rescue-swimmers / year
