MIS Management Information Systems provide Infrastructure and Support to the Delivery and support teams.

How we communicate Help Desk

Hardware Setup Intel chipset with a minimum of 256 MB RAM would be given The Hard disk is divided into 3 partition C drive D drive E drive

Software Setup System would be preloaded with the operating system,MS office application,Chat application. All installations should be done on the D drive (Logical partition). Project/Personal data are to be located in E drive.

Domain Setup Windows Active directory services Heterogeneous domain Domain Id format and default password

Internet Access Proxy server and domain authentication is required for internet access

2. All users need to share information in our file server file://u:/ in there respective folder, which prevents sending large date across the domain.User can share a directory in there local systems and give appropriate sharing rights file://u:/

I- Documentation drive P-Project related directories S-General software repository T-Templates directory U- Users directories. V- Source code database Users will have only access to his/her project folders

6. Printer Configuration Please do configure the network printer for your respective floor. The drivers for the same are located in file://U:/PrinterDriversfile://U:/PrinterDrivers
