Major Goals: / Articulates and disseminates clear, comprehensive, and equitable screening, referral, and identification processes to school personnel, families and the community / Ensures collaboration among AIG personnel and other professional staff to develop and implement differentiated curriculum and instruction. / Informs parents/families and the community of opportunities available to AIG students on and ongoing basis and in their native language. / Use ongoing assessment to develop and implement differentiated instruction. / Articulates and disseminates clear, comprehensive, and equitable screening, referral, and identification processes to school personnel, families and the community / Ensures collaboration among AIG personnel and other professional staff to develop and implement differentiated curriculum and instruction. / Informs parents/families and the community of opportunities available to AIG students on and ongoing basis and in their native language. / Use ongoing assessment to develop and implement differentiated instruction.

Academic Components: Identification Students demonstrating 3 or more of these criteria will receive services in reading and/or math: / 87% or higher on standardized aptitude test / 87% or higher on standardized achievement test / 93% or higher in specific subject area(s) / Portfolio of student work products demonstrating above-grade level performance / Two grade levels above (math and/or reading) / AIG identification in another district Students demonstrating 3 or more of these criteria will receive services in reading and/or math: / 87% or higher on standardized aptitude test / 87% or higher on standardized achievement test / 93% or higher in specific subject area(s) / Portfolio of student work products demonstrating above-grade level performance / Two grade levels above (math and/or reading) / AIG identification in another district
