Vegetables don’t provide a high source of protein Non-meat options for sources of protein Eggs, Cottage Cheese, Tofu, Chic Peas, Lentils Protein supplements Whey Protein, Soy Protein, Chic Pea Protein, Brown Rice Protein Non-meat sources of protein are not as energy dense a meat. Need to consider portion sizes One egg white contains around 3 grams of protein. One cup of egg whites contains nearly 30 grams of protein
