Site Team Risk Management Policy Amenable to Messiah College International Programs Registration of team members with US consulate Travel medical & emergency evacuation insurance Provide First Aid kit Certification in CPR & Standard First Aid Immunizations & prescription medications Require that Pos adopt Collaboratory site teams under their in-country risk management plan Provide participants with emergency card Require in-country cell phone Debriefing

Support raising policy Group sponsorship required for all site team participants Team members are expected to self-fund any deficit upon their return from their trip Site team participants are expected to follow Collaboratory’s procedure for sending support letters, unless they are opting to self-fund

Scholarship fund policy Financed by funds raised by site teams Individual site team members may be considered for a scholarship during the support raising period Site teams may be considered for a site team scholarship upon return from their trip OCM reviews all applications
