WHAT IS IT? The mind is a wonderful thing! It starts working the moment you are born and does not stop until you stand up to speak in public

WHAT IS IT? Symptoms We need fear! Not unusual! What are the fears? Need to be “perfect”?

LEARN TO MANAGE IT! Now tell me more abut your fear of speaking in front of an audience!

LEARN TO MANAGE IT! Three tips

FIRST Make sure you are properly prepared

FIRST 9 P’s Proper prior preparation Prevents poor performance of the Person putting on the presentation
