 The issue that I am interested in is civil rights  I think this issue is important because many people don’t have what they need to be happy or to survive  I have noticed that this issue is all over the world  My main concern is people aren’t being treated fairly because of how much money they have

 What civil rights are?  How civil rights effect the world  Why people are being treated unfairly  Ways we could help

Civil rights are rules that help the world become peaceful. But some countries don’t have them so people end up in many difficulties.

This week we figured out our topic specifically and met our mentor Ms.King. She gave us a task to research and search on child friendly site. we didn't do much this week but we hope this journey will be fun

This week it was a hard week because we had tasks from our mentor Mrs. King and we did not understand it, and we did not do it quite correctly because it was confusing. Also because we had a lot of research to do for our topic and our organization task. A good thing about this week was that we did a lot of research and we completed the organization task. Some thing's our group need's to work on is being cooperative and communicating. We accomplished some of our Transdisiplinary skills and attitudes but didn't write it down. It was a very tough week and we hope its not like that next week.

This week was a amazing week because we solved our problem with Ms.King we did all the work she told us to do. The beginning of The week we were struggled with the research because not everyone was doing a good amount of research. But in the middle of the week we started to get our research done because everyone started to do a lot of research. We planned to go on a field trip and we have got all our information about were to go and what to ask we want to try to go to ROTA, NHRC or Qatar charity. We plan to charities and ask if we can interview them Malak- found articles: Thinker Razan-wrote questions: Inquirer Lareb-found research: Thinker Noora-helped with question and found research: Inquirer/Thinker Lines of Inquiry Malak- How can we help the people? I put the information on a PowerPoint. Noora- What are Civil Rights? I put the information on a poster. Razan- Why are people treated unfairly? I put the information on a PowerPoint Lareb- How Does it effect the world? I put the information on a world document Now we feel very confident because we are catching up with our information and we are excited to present the information.

This week was very stressful because we had our retreat day and we had to go from rotation to rotation but thankfully we took notes so we can remember it. But we also had to finish our research while thinking about how our project will look. Although it was very stressful we had all worked hard and finished some of our planning for our project even though we only had one mentor meeting and the reason this week went well is because even when we had one mentor meeting it was a good mentor meeting. Our group is happy that we will finish all our research soon and will start the creative part.

This week we had a lot going on because of research and our presentation. Also because some of the teachers said that we needed our display done by Sunday and some said our research needed to be done by Sunday. We also hadn't gotten our display boards yet because we had some of our plus done. We think we are a little bit behind and need to catch up to succeed in the exhibition.

On seventh of May, we had our second retreat day for the product. We all had learnt a lot of information about how to display our information. We went to different rotations; the first one was the science lab with Ms. Bray we saw how to add experiments into our display. after that we went to Arabic with Ms. Dalal who showed us how to link Arabic to our project. The third one was in Ms. Alana's classroom in there we learned how to use the Rubric. The fourth one was in Mr.Harnetts classroom we learnt how to orally present. We also learnt about technology and how to add it in our presentation. The last one was about the layout with Ms. Duncan she showed us how to design the poster.
