Create an innovative concept and business plan for personal spaceflight” “Assume you can go to the Moon. Create an entrepreneurial enterprise for lunar exploration.” –Business + Technical submissions –Final Competition at X PRIZE Cup Presentations of student concept Full program of activities at finalist event, Opportunities to connect directly to entrepreneurs, Judged by: business leaders, industry experts, and the public.

The Finalist Program: –Held at the X PRIZE Cup, –10 finalist teams selected in –Public “tradeshow” style display of concepts –Present to a panel of experts and the public –Special presentations from astronauts and entrepreneurs. –Workshops & Activities to assist further concept development. –1 st, 2 nd, and 3 rd place awards given at end of event.

Space Grant Connection: being a Conrad Finalist supporter Goal 1: to ensure that all interested students in each state know about this opportunity. Goal 2: to send at least 1 student team per state to the Conrad Award final program each year. Goal 3: to grow the finalist program’s activites, workshops, and resources for students through connections to new partners. We seek your partnership to support at least 1 finalist team from your state. ~$2500 per team per year.
