Physical Fitness Your fitness plan should be done 3-4 times a week. You need to elevate your heart rate. Include aerobic exercise for minutes. Include a warm-up and cool down.

Stress Management 1. Hold contractions for five seconds then relax completely. Feel the difference between tense, tight muscles and soft, relaxed muscles. 2. Take slow deep breaths. Fill your lungs up as if they were balloons. Hold for 10 seconds. Think about something that makes you feel happy.
