CONDUCT ALERT SYSTEM A conduct alert is our behavior awareness system It gives you, the student, total control of your actions You will receive 2 warnings prior to actually receiving a conduct alert card

How it works. 1.You will be give a warning. 2.If the behavior continues, I will place a conduct alert in front of you. 3.If the behavior still continues you will then have to fill out the form and receive the consequences for your actions.

Morning Routine 1.Go to locker put book bag in locker and/or bulky jackets 2.Get needed materials to bring to class a. Pencil, paper or whatever needed for class 3.Be sure to have a pencil EVERYDAY!! 4.Be seated in assigned seat

What Do I Do In the Classroom? 1.Raise your hand, and wait to be recognized by the teacher. 2.Give teacher attention when requested. 3.The bell DOES NOT dismiss class 4.You must clean up your area and leave the classroom in an orderly manner.

What Do I Do at Lunch? 1.Sit quietly and wait til you have been given instruction. 2.Line up at the door when instructed. 3.Walk quietly down the hall. 4.Walk together all the way to the cafeteria 5.Get everything you need in the lunch line. You will not be allowed to go back to the line. 6.You will sit by class 7.Leave the lunch room in an orderly fashion.

I Need Your Attention!! When you want my attention, you raise your hand… so when I need your attention, I will clap and raise MY HANDS and YOU: 1.Freeze and immediately stop talking. 2.Face me and FOCUS on me. 3.Be ready for instruction.

Rice for something Nice! 1. Every day you have the opportunity to earn a scoop of rice. 2. The class to fill their container first with rice will earn a party of their choice. (pizza, ice cream, home made cakes) 3. You can lose your scoop of the day.

What If… I have to use the restroom? There is no leaving the classroom for any reason OTHER than a serious emergency. If you have to go to your locker, use the restroom, etc. you MUST do so between classes. Not in mine. My pencil breaks? 1. Carry a spare! 2. Raise your hand and I will bring you the “quiet” sharpener. Don’t interrupt the learning process! There’s a fire drill? 1. Line up the same way you do for lunch 2. Quietly walk outside and the last person out needs to shut the door
