Nexus Human services is a part of the Disability employment network Disability Management Service for job seekers with a disability, injury or health condition who require assistance of a DES, but are not expected to need long term assistance and support in the work place. Employment Support Service for job seekers with permanent disability and assessed need for more long term regular support in the work place

Nexus Human Services offers a wide range of support services for individuals with a mental illness in their journey of gaining and maintaining employment. We support both the individual and the organisation in the process of implementing a specific employment solution. Our support extends to regular contact to discuss our clients progress to group training on a range of workplace skills. The Nexus support system underpins the success of our clients and our ability to keep them focused on achieving their employment objectives.

Services to employers We offer organisations and private sector businesses membership to our Connect Club, our premium service to employers. The Connect Club Card offers employers the following service features: Membership Recruitment Services Training of job seekers tailored to your industry HR Advice ‘Stress less in the workplace’ information and training Newsletters Advertising and promotion Exclusive membership functions and forums Access to all services available within the Employer Incentive Scheme
