 I always enjoyed watching CSI and solving mysteries/crimes.  I consider myself a problem-solver and like to solve the unknown answers.  Do you know what my career is?

Forensic Science!!!

 The rate for employees of forensic science is rapidly increasing and is expected to be at its highest in  Wage for forensic science is $30,000-$80,000 per year.  Cool fact, best piece of evidence a detective could find is a dental record!

 Do you believe scientist came up with this great career because its called “forensic science?”  Well, actually officers where the ones who came up with the career path by using their observations and common sense.

II want to attend college that is near by home. II want to stay near by because I want to visit mom for the holidays and come back to her warm tamales. TThat’s why I choose to go to…

 UCCS is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Its total enrollment is of 8,900 students.  The cost to go to UCCS for a year is nearly $18,000! * $17, to be exact.

 Do you believe 120 credit hours is too much to handle?  That is how many hours needed in order to earn a Bachelor’s degree at UCCS.

 The credit hours might seem like a lot but it could be very beneficial.  It would give you more experience before going out to the real world situation.  This could set you up for further success in knowing how to deal with crime scenes and situations that you did not expect.

 Introduction to Forensic Science, Introduction to Criminal Justice, Statistics for Criminal Justice.  You could also take Psychosocial and Legal Aspects of Forensic Science and Health Care Science for further understanding and better credit.

 Forensic science is my chosen career because you could solve crimes, bring justice to society, and experience something new every day.  This is my career and I hope you enjoyed the show.
