WWTW discharge untreated sewer to the river and polluting the river Impact on project Early completion of the upgrade is essential as the municipality may be prosecuted for polluting the water resource Action Plan by DWA Project has been approved by DWS but more funds need to be brought forward to fastrack the project Action Plan by IA PSP employed by the WSA has finalised the designs and on tender.
