Berks Connections Pretrial Services Mission: To create a safer, more prosperous community by providing services, support and community-based outreach to adult offenders, at-risk youth and their families through successful community reintegration and pretrial-related assistance. Vision: Berks County is a safer, healthier community in which to live because people re- entering it from jail have the tools and support to live productive, law-abiding lives.
