23rd October 2008 at DIN, Berlin, Germany DLR – CCSDS Report October 08 - Martin Pilgram - page 5 Areas of interest (2) Security  DLR support the clear planning of the publishing of the upcoming security books. Service Management  DLR supports the reorganization of the current SM book. One of the main issues from DLR here is during this process, to keep service management as simple as possible. LEC  DLR supports the setup of a LEC working group. The workplan should be published for review before end of the year. Optical links  DLR supports the idea of an BOF on optical links to check the need of a WG in this area.

But there are still registrations with company names or agencies titled others. Promotion of CCSDS Standards A section in the CWE should be defined to keep training material as developed for specific WGs as well as CCSDS overview material. (e.g. material presented at SpaceOps,…)
