Given the option to use electronic tools such as Microsoft Excel, participants will develop and use a method for identifying, recording, maintaining and updating information on all program sites in Maryland including local school system, school or site name, address, program contact name, position, phone number, and address, with 100% accuracy.

LESSON 2: In order to identify inputs and outcomes, we started by locating a ppropriate sources

LESSON 3: After locating appropriate sources, we analyzed them to find inputs

Next we’ll look at inputs based on implementation by conducting site visits – do you know all your sites?

Where is your program? Do you know all the locations in Maryland? Do you have reliable, up-to- date information about all program sites? Maryland-Map.org

If you do keep track of program sites, how do you do it? Do you track only local school systems, or all program sites (schools, grantees, community- based organizations)? Who is responsible? What technology do you use? How do you know it’s accurate?
