Today’s Situation Silo operations. Short-term resolutions to long-term problems. Misunderstood roles/responsibilities. Loss of customer focus operations; needs/desires.

Mission Statement (EM) – To evaluate energy cost and consumption, recommend solutions for energy and cost reduction, review construction documents for design and installation compliance, to raise awareness and encourage customer participation, in support of the Facilities Division Mission.

Mission Statement (FM) – To provide collaborative financial services in a prompt manner with integrity to ensure institutional compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. To provide an environment for facilities financial personnel through which they may achieve and be recognized as highly skilled and experienced professionals through education, training, and service.

Mission Statement (HRM) – To value our human capital (our people) by providing high levels of training, promotion, and compensation. To create a workforce for Facilities that is customer focused and mission centered in providing a quality environment.

Mission Statement (ISM) – To enhance the Facilities operations by providing computer, communication, and data manipulation services while identifying essential advancements in technology in order to maintain consistent and courteous service in an expeditious manner.

Goals and Objectives Improve Departmental Image. Establish ourselves under one name. Enhance machine turnaround time, reduce down time. Provide more education to users. Perform building audits. Complete implementation/training of Oracle. Foster teamwork with open communication and cooperation, to share knowledge, improve relations with each other and our customer.

Goals and Objectives Increase employment. Expand metering. Streamline WEB page updating. Expand training. Develop standardized financial policies/procedures.

Strategies to Achieve Results. Proactive response to current realities. Seeking to understand ourselves and our customers (SWOT). TEAMWORK. Always think Win-Win. Stand firm on our mission by building around our vision to where we want to be.

Recommendation Excellence in customer service, both external and internal in all functions. Train yourselves and teach others. Expand your area of influence by using a synergistic thought processes. Offer a Unique Selling Proposition (USP)- GUARANTEE.
