DHI A Daily Health Induction … to help you to learn easily and well... DHI A Daily Health Induction … to help you to learn easily and well... © Dr. Bob Boland & Team 2006/5

Nothing to do … just absorb … the slides Nothing to do … just absorb … the slides and … the audio … which you feel … and … the audio … which you feel … Inside your head … as it moves along … Inside your head … as it moves along … … instinctively … so just... relax... … instinctively … so just... relax...

Every day, take a little time for your mental and physical health by doing this very gentle DHI … got to practice to make it perfect... First, tell yourself how long you want to spend in DHI e.g. 5 minutes, 15 minutes … you decide...

Today, for the learning you want achieve, I suggest about five minutes of DHI to give yourself the highest level of : Self-confidence Concentration Motivation Expectation

These will help you to achieve learning that is both efficient and effective … so that … you will remember almost everything without much effort … almost … almost... instinctively... So from here on … you can relax … don’t bother to read the screen … there is just nothing you need to do … except relax … while the DHI audio and slides follow on by themselves … so … relax the mind...

1. First tell yourself that you are going to do DHI for just five minutes...

2. Then make yourself very comfortable, and begin to breath very deeply … sitting … hands apart on your lap … feet apart...

3. Close your eyes and pretend that you cannot open them for five minutes...

4. Relax your whole mind and body... by visualizing each part carefully... from the top of your head to the tips of your toes...

5. We are going to begin slowly... to count down … from 10 to 0 saying to ourselves … “deeper” … for each number … you are in complete control … and you are content to feel so comfortable … with yourself … ready to count?

10 … 9 … deeper … 8 … 7 10 … 9 … deeper … 8 … 7 deeply relaxed … 6 … 5 … deeply relaxed … 6 … 5 … deeper … 4 … 3 … deeper deeper … 4 … 3 … deeper … 2 … 1 … 0... deeply relaxed … 2 … 1 … 0... deeply relaxed

6. Now imagine a beautiful white healing light... coming from above your head... relaxing and healing every part of you... as it passes through your whole mind and body... and out of your toes.

7. And imagine a beautiful soothing golden fluid... coming in from your toes... to sooth and heal every part of your mind and body... right up to the top of your head...

8. Now we are ready to discuss learning which is so important to you … with simple gentle positive suggestions... that will give you highest levels of: self confidence concentration motivation expectation so that you will learn easily … and will remember … almost instinctively … every key point of the learning …

9. And as we discuss in this gentle way with your powerful sub-conscious mind, we must always determine exactly what we want. Always make suggestions that are simple and positive. Always repeat them very gently … several times. Always be clear and positive about how we want to feel, think and behave in the future …

10. Now imagine yourself in the future… as someone who has achieved all the learning that you need … and has done it all easily with: Self confidence Concentration Motivation Expectation … so that you can now feel proud of your achievements...

11. Remember … to practice DHI... twice a day for the first ten days... … on awakening in the morning, to plan for the day … and just before sleeping at night, to hand over a key learning problem and let your powerful sub-conscious mind … do the work...

12. Now to come back up from DHI... First … tell yourself, that when you wake you will feel very well … very happy … and very confident, concentrated and motivated … to achieve the learning that you need.

13. Then slowly and mentally … we count up from1 to 5 … and on 4 … your eyes will open.. and by 5 … you will be fully alert … ready 1… 2 … waking up … 3 … more alert... 4 … eyes open wide wake … fully alert … Stretch the arms and neck... and relax … feeling that you have done very well.

14. This ends the DHI … for now... … you have done well … … so on we go with the learning … … be sure to enjoy it … … make it fun … with confidence... … and...

Remember: When you practice before going to sleep, do not come back with a count of 1 to 5, simply tell yourself that DHI will turn into natural sleep … from which you will awaken … at the right time … in the morning. …and...
