A. Reading Eric is a fifteen-year-old high school student. He lives with his parents in a small town （鎮） in Pingtung （屏東）. This year he is in the science club in school and becomes really crazy about lives of sharks. He thinks sharks are very interesting, so he wants to learn more about what they do and what they eat in the sea. One night, Eric got on the Internet and joined the chatroom “Shark Trust.” He found someone there and sent a message to the person. This person told Eric that he was from the UK and he taught science in elementary school. They chatted on the Internet for half an hour, and then they decided to chat again later. The Internet has changed how people talk to each other, how people make new friends, and how people get information. Has it changed your life, too? How? What’s your own story?
