FOOD.American Indian crops included beans, squash, pumpkins, sunflowers, Wild rice, potatoes and sweat potatoes. They also have tomatoes, peppers, peanuts,papayas and chocolate.

clothing They used fancy shawls and powwows.They also used ribbon shirts and dresses dance regalia. This are the clothing they use.

ARTS & CRAFTS Zuni artists are famous for their beautiful pottery and animal-shaped fetish carvings. They also made willow baskets. Also heishi neckleces and colorful rugs.

Transportation The zunis originally just walked. There were no horses in North America. Until colonists brought them over from Europe.

zuni language  Almos all zuni people speak English today. Most of them also speak their native zuni language. One of their zuni language words is Ashiwi, wich means “The flesh people.

weapons Zuni hunters use bows and arrows. In war, Zuni men fired their bows or fought with spears and war clubs. Zuni tools included wooden hoes and rakes for farming, spindles and looms for weaving cotton, and many more.
