THIS TO BE PROPERLY COMMUNICATED DOWN THE LINE TO THE REMOTEST ACTION POINTS FOR IMPLEMENTATION.

IDENTIFY CALLED, GIFTED AND COMMITTED TRAINERS / TRAINERS TO BE AND ORGANIZE A TAILOR - MADE DEVELOPMENT MODULES

THREE PHASED DEVELOPMENT MODULES MODULE I : (Associate Trainer) Two weeks of basic training followed by field practice under supervision for one year. MODULE II: (Trainer) Two weeks advanced training followed by independent training facilitation for one year. MODULE III: (Master Trainer) Two weeks of conceptual input and presentation and discussion of dissertation based on the experienced reality and research.

NATIONAL CAMPAIGN TO ATTRACT CALLED, GIFTED AND COMMITTED PASTORAL TRAINEES. NOT ONLY YOUNGSTERS BUT ALSO PEOPLE FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE, LEVEL, AGE AND GENDER.

CURRICULUM DESIGN AND TEACHING/TRAINING SYSTEMS AT THE INSTITUTES/ SEMINARIES TO BE REVIEWED AND STREAMLINED AS A NATIONAL CURRICULUM WITH FLEXIBILITY FOR LOCATION/FUNCTION SPECIFIC MODIFICATIONS.
