What is the project ?! The project is a web base application system. It's name is “Mustaqbali”. It is a dynamic system that serves every undergraduate student who wants to get a Bachelor degree in all fields by choosing the study major bases on their interest and qualifications. The system provides a number of tests to analysis the personal of students. And based on the answers the system will shows the best specialization for the student because the future career depends on the specialization at the university.

Project plan :-

Problems definition :- We choose to build this system for many reasons,, Based on global study,, here are some statistics :- a.75% of the students don’t know how to choose the major and which major is suitable for them. b.60% of the students change their study major and 40% after the first year. c.50% of the students work in non related field after graduation. d.97% of the students need a guide after graduation for choosing their specialization. e.63% of the students decide their specialization at the university after graduation not before it.

Opportunities and objectives :- 1.Increase the awareness between students for how they should choose their careers based on study the suitable program. 2.Help students to decide their study major. 3.Give students more choices of what they can study. 4.The students can compare their choices in each time by reports. 5.Deciding what you want to specialize, will exercise it in the future with more professional. 6.Reducing the likelihood of you feel sorrow and grief later to bad choice for your specialty. 7.Avoiding a waste of time, effort and money when they changed their specialization. 8.They still with develop, with the world.

Technical feasibility :- The project team has experience in all aspects of the technology to be used. The web base application system requires :- 1. Programmer to programming the database using :- SQL Server 2008,, ASP.net/ C#.net 4.0,, Microsoft visual studio 2010,, IIS Programmer to programming the web site using HTML and CSS. 3. Designer making a design to fit the content and specific color suits the theme. 4. Some programs such as Adobe Photoshop CS5 for design, after effects for the flash, converter programs for different extensions and other software. 5. The World Wide Web (Web). Feasibility Study:

Economic feasibility :- Application requires web server hosting but in this system the expected benefits exceed the expected costs so the system can be judged to be economically feasible. This system will make the students avoid to changing their specialization so they avoid a waste of time, effort and money. Maintenance and software costs need to be identified and quantified.

Operational feasibility :- The administrator must have training on how to use the system before the installation. He can view, update, insert and delete questions from and into the database. The users (students) are expected to use the system about student. Because this system will be follow to taaleb website which is provides the needs of students, parents and school management. And there must be substantive and technical support for the system in order to request assistance in the use of the system.

System requirements :- Interview management Information gathering :- We depend on “How to choose your varsity specialization ?! ” book, the author is Hasan Yusef. Programs we used in building this system :- SQL Server 2008 ASP.net/ C#.net 4.0,, Microsoft visual studio 2010,, IIS 7.0 Application require web server hosting and it could work on either Internet or Intranet. HTML and CSS,, Adobe Photoshop CS5 After effects,, Converter programs

Future work :- Continuing HTML design. Creating Data Flow Diagram. Continuing Coding for admin area web site. Start coding for actual web site using c# language. Testing phase for functional testing in the system. Reviewing the project with the client for any adjustment. We hope to get done from the project in the expected time. Although it is new experience to deal with actual client, it is really beautiful because it provides us with experience on how to deal with clients and give us a self confidence.
