Planning Phase II July 16- September 30 (Year 1) TaskCompletion Date  Complete Annual Action Plan (Form H)September 1, submit to coach  Complete PBIS Team Implementation Checklist (Form A) September 1, submit to coach  Conduct at least 2 full day team meetings in August. The following critical features should be finalized and presented to staff before the start of school: (refer to the Form A) ID 3-5 positively stated rules/expectations Design rules matrix Design lesson plans for teaching behavioral expectations Design teacher expectations for all settings Design school-wide system for positively rewarding staff and students September 1  Present Overview of PBIS to school staffSeptember 16  Present results of PBIS staff survey (Form F)September 16  Provide Coach with: Updated roster of team members Team Meeting Schedule September 16

Group Cost Benefit Office Referral Reduction Across 12 PBIS schools= 5,606 If one Office Referral=15 minutes of administrator time, then 5,606 x 15= 84,090 minutes hours or 233 days of administrator time recovered and reinvested.

Group Cost Benefit Office Referral Reduction Across 12 PBIS Schools = 5,606 If students miss 45 minutes of instruction for each Office Referral, 5,606 X 45= 252,270 minutes hours or 700 days of instructional time recovered!!!!!
