Mini Mock Trial DAY!!! 10 minutes INDEPENDENT work The following is due in 10 minutes Attorneys who are examining (cross or direct) – Come up with AT LEAST 5 Questions for Your Witness Attorneys who are doing closing, opening, or rebuttal – Come up with AT LEAST 5 points you want to make and/or begin writing your statement Witnesses: – Read your statement, if you have not already done so – Identify 5 most helpful points in your statement, for your side and 3 most damaging points in your statement
