Mini Mock Trial!!! 1.READ: Individually read case materials (5 min) 2.DISCUSS: What are the ELEMENTS of the crime? 3.ASSIGN: Join your side and assign roles

Mini Mock Trial!!! The following is due in 15 minutes Attorneys: Direct + Cross Examination 1.What information do you need to get into the record? 2.Come up with AT LEAST 5 questions for your witness 3.Practice with your witness (Direct Examination Attorneys only) Attorneys: Opening + Closing Statements 1.Come up with AT LEAST 5 points you want to make 2.Write bullet points/outline your statement Witnesses 1.Read your statement 2.Identify 5 most helpful points in your statement (for your side) and 3 most damaging points in your statement 3.Practice with your Direct Examination Attorney
