Features  Improved facility for forwarding of communication, encoding of affidavit of use and recordal that conforms to current workflow and data requirements.  Pre-filled up and revised Office Action Template.  Facilitate complete workflow of cancellation of registered trademarks from automatic generation of trademarks for cancellation up to “Finally Cancelled” status.

Features  Generation of list of Recordal for publication in the e- gazette  Facilitate encoding of DAU 3 years.  Adjustable TM certificate.  Real-time access to corresponding payments done in FMS.  More specific remarks for publication and post registry work flow, which can be seen in Progress Query.  Provision to view bibliographic data of registered trademarks including the digitized documents.  Link with IP Adjudication System, which validates if trademark has no pending case/s filed in ODG/BLA.

Objectives  To provide an improved interface.  To eliminate use of different separate modules to update TEAMS database (e.g. PTASD, TBAC, PUB-JO, etc).  To provide real time link to FMS & IPAS database.  To provide a day-to-day cancellation of those registered marks where equivalent electronic data are complete and accurate.
