How Telecare / Assistive Technology Works...

Sensors are installed around the property to monitor a variety of possible scenarios

If one of the sensors is activated it sends a message through to either the Carer Alert System....

...Or through the Community Alarm Unit through to the Emergency Response Centre..

The details of the call are available within minutes

The Emergency Response Centre will then respond appropriately

Assistive Technology / Telecare products are designed to enable the user to live safely and independently in their own home. They give peace of mind for both the user and their friends and family, providing them with the knowledge that if any incidences do occur, appropriate action will be taken.
