April 2010 Background:  TRANSPOINT Lease Expiration 2008 (Now 2018 w/out clause)  Planning began in 2004 to relocate to different leased location  GSA Took Possession of St Es Dec 2004  2006 President’s Budget  Directing stabilization and consideration of development of Federal Enclave at St Es  Specifically mentioned St Es as a potential future site for CG Headquarters  Revised Program of Requirements (June 05) looked to St Elizabeths 3
