Device Groups – Device Group Details Allow Screenshot Under Device Group Details, ensure that the “Allow screenshot” feature is turned on (checked off). You can also increase the number of apps per screen in this area.

Device Groups – Check app assigned to devices To check apps assigned to devices: In Device Groups, under the tab Android Groups Check off a Tech Tub Group New tabs will appear on the next screen, select the Assigned apps tab to see what apps have been assigned to that device

View and Control – Screen & App Lock Under View and Control you can: Lock screens – check off the screen then select screen lock to lock screens for quick student attention App Lock allows one app to only be available to students to keep students on task. Click Release to stop the App Lock mode Click on a screen to print what is being displayed with a time/date stamp

Apps – See Only Apps at Your School The apps list now only shows apps that you've selected to be managed at your school, not the whole school division.

Apps – To add an App Add an app to your Android School Apps list, so that it can be managed (assigned to Tech Tubs for installation, or assigned to a profile, use the Add App button at the top of the school apps list.

When you fetch the app it will message at the top of the screen, Fetching installer app for …., then it will assign it to the Tech Tubs. In order for a group of devices (Tech Tub) to install a pushed app, at least one of the devices must be on-line.

Profile - Creating a Profile You can Add or Clone Profiles from the profile area. Remember to clone the RCSD English or French Elementary System App Profile Schools should not add to this profile.
