Cover Sheet Paper used on Cover, TOC, and Orientation Pages

Cover Sheet Nice touch – it matches her resume and cover letter stationary

Detailed Table of Contents

Cover Sheet for Class File (not an orientation page) Notice how her dividers (tabs) can be seen (are not hidden by sheet protectors.

Orientation Page Consistent font/color use through out documents Details provided

Please note- Student had production notebook professionally bound, clear cover on top of card stock title page

She continued by using card stock for each division within her production notebook

Notice professional label on DVD, plus she labeled the envelope holding the DVD

Student continued consistent theme on all orientation pages
