 A copy of the death certificate must always be attached to the application for title  If you are presented an out of state title to transfer to NH you must collect the title fee  How to process when the title is lost 10/26/20153

 Review the front of the title for the following: 1. How many owners are listed on the title? 2. Is there a lienholder on the title? 3. Assignment must match title application.  Review the back of the title for the following: 1. Is the assignment completed correctly? 2. Is there a lienholder listed?  Printing of the CTA 1.
