5 GEOSAF 2 : Working groups session ▌ Objectives 1.Discuss, exchange, criticize, amend, append, question, challenge the draft report Esp. its relevance and use for various audiences (member states, operators, regulators, TSOs, etc.) 2.Apply the « KISS » method Keep it as simple as you can Raw criticism is okay, but proposed solutions are even better Try to chase for cases where the document doesn’t correctly addresse a known issue 3.Aim for a stable document Further developments needed on the key messages ? 6 ▌ WG organization ▌ At the very start: ▌ It’s up to you to opt for an organization ▌ Choose a Moderator in charge of ensuring that everyone’s voice is taken into account ▌ Choose a Rapporteur in charge of building the document which will be presented in plenary session ▌ Be bold and express yourself!
