Define the system as problem definition This Kindergarten has a services and data, but the system needs to facilitate the work of registration, printing of documents, store information of students (financial, personal). The Kindergarten does not need a complex system, so we used the “RAD Model” because RAD is fast and easy .

System requirement User requirement: The requirement that our user need it’s too simple , he need to Store the student information and print it , and the employs information and print report . System requirement: this project type is system build to provide services and some kind of helps for the manager of Kindergarten by provide to him the facility of lending some kind of information (student inf. Employ inf.) any time they want. They lend these information for student or the employ and they can add or change it. Software requirement: Computer Printer Employ use the program

System requirement (details ) hardware requirements: Pentium 3 128 MB RAM Hard 260 GB Mouse and keyboard Software requirements: Windows XP Any platform

Functional and non-functional Functional requirements: For Kindergarten it lends only for registered student in the abeer alzhor and for employees. The Kindergarten system can do update and delete related information about the student and employ. Our user must have an ID number and password to be able for lending information. Non-Functional requirement: This type of requirement is more intangible we can't see it only after we use the system. For the Kindergarten system it must be available, reliable, safe and secure.

Risk Risk analysis: Risk Affects Description 1.Staff turnover 2.Hardware unavailability 3.Requirement change Project Project and product Experienced staff will leave the project before it is finished. Hardware that is essential for the project will not be delivered on time. There will be a larger number of changes to the requirements.
