Brentwood Union Free School District 2006 Bond Referendum Capital Improvement Program Pool Phase, Phase IA, II, III, and IV. August 2007 Prepared by:

Pool Phase “Ross House Pool” The underpinning is complete and concrete footings and foundations are being poured. Brentwood UFSD

Pool Phase “Ross House Pool” (cont’d) Concrete footings and foundations for the new filtration room are on schedule and nearing completion. Brentwood UFSD

Phase IA Bleacher Replacements Gymnasium bleachers have been removed and the new bleachers are in the shop drawing phase. Brentwood UFSD

Phase IA Gym Floor Replacements Gymnasium flooring is now complete at North Elementary, Northeast Elementary, and North Middle School. Below you will see the work while in progress. Brentwood UFSD

Phase IA Roofing Installation The roofing replacement at North Elementary is on schedule. The new roof insulation and membrane have been installed and the building is watertight. Brentwood UFSD

Phase IA Flooring Replacements The new flooring installations at North Middle, South Middle, Northeast Elementary, Laurel Park, Pine Park, Southwest Elementary Schools and North Elementary are complete. Brentwood UFSD

Phase IA Exterior Door Replacement and Fire Alarm Upgrades The exterior door replacement project is in the shop drawing phase. This work will take place in the Fall of 2007 off hours while school is not in session. Contracts have been awarded for the fire alarm system upgrades and this work will take place through the Summer and into the Fall of Brentwood UFSD

Phase II The following buildings are associated with Phase II - North Elem. School- Ross Center - Northeast Elem. School- Oak Park Elem. School - North Middle School- E. Kindergarten Center - Twin Pines Elem. School- West Middle School Brentwood UFSD

Phase II (cont’d) The scope of work in Phase II will include window replacements, electrical upgrades, HVAC system upgrades, plumbing upgrades, fuel tank replacements, site work, locker room renovations, misc. exterior door replacements, exterior bleachers, and space expansion at selected buildings. Phase II is currently in the planning/design phase. The drawings for Phase II are scheduled to be submitted to SED in October of Brentwood UFSD

Phase III Each and every school in the District is associated with Phase III. The scope of work in Phase III will be limited to district wide Technology and Security upgrades. The drawings for Phase III are scheduled to be submitted to SED in August of Brentwood UFSD

Phase IV The following buildings are associated with Phase IV - Pine Park Elem. School- South Middle School - Freshman Center- East Middle School - Ross Center- Southeast Elem. School - Sonderling Center- Laurel Park School - Loretta Park School- Southwest Elementary - Hemlock Park School Brentwood UFSD

Phase IV (continued) The scope of work in Phase IV will include window replacements, electrical upgrades, HVAC system upgrades, plumbing upgrades, fuel tank replacements, site work, locker room renovations, misc. exterior door replacements, exterior bleachers, misc. flooring replacements, tennis courts, auditorium renovations, roofing replacement, and space expansion at selected buildings. Computer Deployment New computers were installed at the following schools over the summer: Hemlock Park Loretta Park Southeast Elementary Northeast Elementary Twin Pines In addition, Kindergarten Classrooms received computers and SMART boards Brentwood UFSD
