Three different perspective  Enhancing Mediterranean Diet:  cultural and social function and  the role of emblematic communities  A white book for the safeguarding of Mediterranean Diet  EXPO Milan 2015 and the Mediterranean Diet

Enhancing Mediterranean Diet  Cultural and social components are the most important, as stated in the two nomination file, evaluated positively by UNESCO in 2010 and in 2013  Implement cultural and social values, as well environmental and sustainable components, in the common website with specific shared contents  Give specific tools to the emblematic communities and all the other local communities that wants to implement for the future safeguarding measures of the element

A white book for the safeguarding of the element  A white book for Mediterranean Diet:  Reconstruction of what all the countries did in these years for safeguarding Mediterranean Diet  What are the values and the components of the element, as recognized by UNESCO  Guidelines for the implementation both at national and local level of safeguarding measures of the element, respecting UNESCO directives
