The Four Weekly Meetings

First meeting: Instruction to the Visitors on How to Make the First Visit Agree on the day and hour of the visit with the head of the household. Specify that all family members should be present. Specify that the purpose of the visit is totally spiritual. The visit should last between 20 and 25 minutes. Do not stop on another topic that is not for the spiritual welfare of the member. This instructive includes the topic titled: “The best practices” to be used by the visitor on the first visit. On this initial visit the survey called “Visitation Report is completed. It is provided in the Appendix of this Instructive.

The Visit Upon arrival at the church member’s home, the visitor explains the purpose of the visit. A song is sung relative to spiritual growth. A prayer is said at the beginning. The topic provided is presented and a copy of it is left with the church member. Continue by completing the Visitation Report survey.

Second meeting: Instruction for the visitors on how to make the second visit Agree on the day and time of the visit. Everyone present. Purpose: that each member complete the Individual Covenant. Present the topic: Covenant with God. Copy for each member. Proceed to the signing of the individual Covenant. Each component is explained and re-enforced. The covenant is filled out. The covenant is taken up and a copy is left with the member. The member is invited to the Days of Revival. It is emphasized that by filling out the covenant they are now members of the CGP. Conclude by praying for the spiritual life of the member so that they fulfill their pact of faithfulness in the components mentioned in the covenant.

Third meeting: How to Prepare the Atmosphere for a Revival Meeting The members of both committees should be present Instruction and training for the atmosphere of the Days of Revival a. Announce and promote in the church one month prior to the event b. Importance of careful decoration c. Musical programming of the event d. Prayer program c. The power of the Word. Three topics: 1. Prayer Covenent 2. Biblical Covenant 3. Faithfulness Covenant (included ) e.The pastor gives the three topics to the chosen preacher. f.Testimonies of spiritual growth: Creativity. g.Prayer request box. Originality is needed. (Matthew 13:52 ).

Fourth meeting: Review and Consecration of Preachers and Visitors The contents of the three previous meetings are reviewed. Make sure that the visitors master the topics The visitors should have their list of members to visit and a copy of the topics that they will pass out. The visitors receive copies of the Individual Covenant according to the nuimber of members on their list. The preachers chosen by each church are studying the topics that were given to them in the third meeting. The pastor presents a topic of consecration to the task set before them. The Stewardship and Finance Committee is given the responsibility of organizing the Days of Revival.

The Program in Three Great Steps During the one month perod the pastor instructs the committee members in the four meetings. In the two months two visits are made. The initiative is concluded with the Days of Revival. The key to the success of the initiative is that 100 percent of the members have been visited; that 100 percent have signed the covenant in their homes and that 100 percent attend the three nights of power. Aim should be made to achieve this maximum when the challenges are presented to the members in both committees. Attendance to the temple is to confirm in public the covenant signed at home. One month of preparation and two months of implementation. Then comes the evaluation of the results.
