Posing and Answering Questions - is a way of giving information by first asking a question. After the question is asked, an answer is given. Posing a question – The writer asks a question (usually a rhetorical question) Who was the first President of the United States? Answering a question- The writer provides an answer to the question asked The first President of the United States was George Washington. George Washington is often referred to as the father of his country. George Washington was born on February 22, 1732 that is when we celebrate President’s Day.
