The iPod Nano is only.27 inches thin and 1.5 ounces. Never before has something so small been able to have so many possibilities. This tiny design is able to hold up to 1,000 songs along with full- color album art, photos, podcasts, audiobooks, games, clocks, contacts, and calendars. Overview

 Finding music on an iPod Nano is simple.  Menu options let you browse by artist, composer, album, song, genre or playlist.  Click shuffle songs if you want to mix it up a bit.  Thanks to the 1.5-inch color display the album art appears alongside your songs.

Podcasts The iTunes Podcast Directory features thousands of free Podcasts- radio shows you subscribe to. These include big names such as ABC News, Adam Curry, ESPN, and many more. Subscribe to podcast, then sync them to your iPod nano and listen anytime. Podcasts appear in their own menu, so they are easy to navigate.

Audiobooks The digital shelves of the iTunes Music Store are stocked with more than 11,000 audiobooks. Browse audiobooks from their own menu on your Ipod nano. Set a chapter marker when you stop “reading,” then pick up right where you left off.

The iPod nano holds up to 25,000 photos you can sync from your Mac or Windows PC via iTunes. View each photo full screen by clicking on the center button. View a slideshow of your pictures, complete with music.

iPod nano lets you take your calendar and contacts with you with a quick spin the of Click Wheel. With support for Address Book and iCal on the Mac and Outlook or Outlook Express on the PC, iTunes syncs your calendars and contacts.

iPod nano’s World Clock lets you check the time all over the world. Open as many different time zones as you would like see. The clock face even turns black and white to indicate day or night. Set the alarm clock to wake up to your favorite tune.

 Screen lock your iPod by using the click wheel to choose a four-digit combination to protect your iPod from other eyes.  There is a built in Stopwatch that logs your best times.  iPod nano features four games including Music Quiz, Solitaire, Brick, and Parachute.
