Mission of our school… Szkoła Podstawowa nr 3 im. Tadeusza Kościuszki w Sanoku The superior idea of our school is childs welfare. The school bases its work on love, wisdom, freedom and tolerance. The main aim of education is to seek truth, goodness and beauty in the world as well as to respect the other people.

A bit of history… Szkoła Podstawowa nr 3 im. Tadeusza Kościuszki w Sanoku School was established in Posada district of Sanok. After the I World War the school became co-educational. In 1957 it was named Szkoła Podstawowa nr 3 im Tadeusza Kościuszki. In 1983 the school was relocated to the new buildings at its current address – 4 Stróżowska Street. The history of our school goes back to the beginning of the twentieth century when Tadeusz Kościuszko Boys

The pupils… Szkoła Podstawowa nr 3 im. Tadeusza Kościuszki w Sanoku In our school there are pupils aged The teaching consists of 2 stages: - FIRST stage (forms 1-3) – integrated teaching. Children get to know the surrounding world and learn basics of Polish, Maths, English, Information Technology and Religion. - SECOND stage (forms 4-6) – teaching of separate subjects: Polish, Maths, English, Information Technology, PE, Nature, History, Music, Art., Design and Technology, Religion. We have got children with special educational needs or mentally disabled. The school organises for them compensatory and rehabilitation activities. There is also an integration class in our school.

The history of our town was created by people of different nationalities and religions. We want our pupils to remember ancient inhabitants and their culture. We visit open air museum in Sanok, Orthodox churches, learn to paint icons and get to know the history and traditions of Jews who lived in Sanok before the II world war.
