Managing the Class Plan a dynamic assignment; Explain expectations for lab behavior; Assign seats; [students should know their number] Students sign seating chart; Circuit to monitor use and provide direction/support; 15 minutes before dismissal – reminders for saving data 5-10 minutes before dismissal - check screens; remind students to delete anything downloaded or saved.

GOOD STEWARDSHIP OF COMPUTER LABS: No liquids, no foods should be out by computers – NO FOOD OR DRINK IN COMPUTER LAB. Students’ school bags should be placed in front of room near teachers desk. Lab-tops Computers should be distributed one student at a time. [Have all students seated and call to receive computer from the teacher. Computer number should be noted on student worksheets or teacher’s seating chart (Lap-top) or seat assignment (Desk-Top Labs), so that problems may be investigated with the person who experienced the issue or for improper use of equipment. If a problem occurs with equipment, please report to Ms. Plaisance at the end of your session. You must provide computer number. Laptops, pick-up and secure in cart –PLUG IN TO CHARGER. If computers are numbered – return to correct shelf. CHECK THAT WALL PLUG IS SECURE. Please lock carts and doors, return all keys to Ms. Plaisance after your session and before the end of the day.
