Preview Read Pages in the grey books Purpose: To understand the rights of African Americans after the Civil War. Strategy: Analyze the reading, make inferences about the effects of the 13 th, 14 th, and 15 th amendments.Write your response in your notebook.

Today3/6 Pick up an amendment paper from the stool. Learning Target: We will learn to explain the significant amendments during the Civil War era. Success Criteria: I will read and summarize the rights guaranteed by these amendments.

Words To Know Amendment- a change made to the Constitution Citizenship- rights guaranteed to people of particular country.
