 1-Establishing a transnational dialogue on developing and implementing equal- opportunities measures at Egyptian universities   2-Exchange of knowledge and experience   3-Add an international perspective to gender und diversity discourses at FreieUniversität 

 4-Building transnational networks. .5-Qualifying university personnel  6-Improving university-governance.  structures. .7-Enhancing partnerships

  Decision-makers from all sectors of higher-  education (government, management, and  administration); men and women in the  academic field in Egypt and Germany

 Among the planned activities are:  delegations, workshops, summer schools,  mentoring, and training sessions. To ensure  sustainability, an electronic knowledge-  transfer programme and an e-learning  module are to be created.

 1-The work of the project will site online  university located so easy to communicate  with female faculty members and students of  the university.

 2-Helding "Girls Day" at SVU University like  the day which held in FU-Berlin.  3- Offered the possibility of providing DAAD scholarship from the German Academic  Exchange Service DAAD for master's and  PH.D degrees&post doctors for faculty staff members and their assistants.

 4- As has been the idea of  nursery(kindergarten) for the children of faculty members and their assistants to be a joint collaboration between the University of South Valley and the Free University of Berlin and received verbal approval from members of the German project on traveling those who teach in the nursery to Berlin for a training course and watch the system nurseries in Berlin
