Why buy organic lettuce and not intensive lettuce ?

Organic agriculture Organic agriculture is an ecological production management system that promotes and enhances biodiversity, biological cycles and soil biological activity. It is based on management practices that restore, maintain and enhance ecological harmony.

Why not intensive ? Lettuce is very healthy and is full of vitamins, Unlike the lettuce from the intensive farming you have a very low chance of getting sick and it is full of all types of vitamins.

Pesticides and chemicals In intensive farming lettuce is often sprayed with pesticides and chemicals and if one of the lettuces gets a disease it will spread very fast unlike organic ones.

So please don’t buy intensive lettuce but buy organic. 1`
