CHAPTER SELF ASSESSMENT (WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU!) An updated roster of active Brothers and new members. On the rosters we need: updated home address, phone numbers, address, graduation year. The most recent chapter grades. An inventory of what ritual equipment you have and what you need. A copy of community service events you have done and plan to do, and an idea of the amount of hours and monies raised.

CHAPTER SELF ASSESSMENT (WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU!) A copy of the rush events that the Chapter does, and how successful each event was, based on cost and the amount of interested members were present at the event. A copy of the Chapter’s goals and the progress that the chapter has had on the goals developed. A written copy of the new member program (day by day-week by week specific rituals and events), risk management program (party guidelines), and academic planning program (tutoring, GPA incentives, study hours).

CHAPTER SELF ASSESSMENT (WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU!) List of officers that includes length of term and date elected. List of Chapter membership in other campus organizations other than the Fraternity. A copy of the Chapter budget, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and a list of how much dues are along with who has paid.

A Landmark Chapter The Landmark Chapters are the highest honor that The BE MEN Initiative awards. They are scored based on 5 areas: Financial Solvency Strong National Fraternity Identity Effective Chapter Management Strong Service to the Campus and Community Strong Scholarship Program
